マンション標準管理規約の英訳版（仮訳）を公表しました。 The English translation of the Standard Condominium Management Bylaws (provisional translation) has been published.

このたび（公財）マンション管理センターでは、昨年１０月１７日に国土交通省が公表したマンション標準管理規約（単棟型）の本文の英訳版（仮訳）を作成し、HPで公表いたしました。昨年改正されたマンション関係法を踏まえてマンション標準管理規約も大きく改正されていますので、外国人の区分所有者やこれからマンションの区分所有権を取得しようと考えている方が、最新の標準管理規約を理解する際に役立てていただければ幸いです。

The English translation of the Standard Condominium Management Bylaws (provisional translation) has been published.
The Condominium Management Center has translated the text of the Standard Condominium Management Bylaws (Single-building type) published by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism on October 17 last year into English (provisional translation) and published it on its website. Based on the condominium-related law revised last year, the Standard Condominium Management Bylaws have also been greatly revised, so we hope that this will be helpful for foreign unit owners and those who are considering acquiring unit ownership to understand the latest Condominium Management Bylaws.
